Product Description

An essential decorator's tool when it comes to stripping and scraping paint, varnish and adhesives ahead of painting, this trade quality combination shavehook has 4 different edges suitable for a wide range of flat, profiled and rounded surfaces such as skirting boards, architraves, doors, furniture, coving, window frames, panels, pipes, mouldings and more. The points also enable it to rake into tight spots such as corner joints, and nooks and crannies such as tongue and groove panels. Made from rust-resistant, heavy duty 2mm thick ground steel, the contoured blade features long and short straight edges and concave and convex profiles, mounted onto a 115mm (4.5") rugged steel shaft, enabling heavy duty scraping for fast, efficient results and also ensuring your hand is not too close to heat if you're using a blowtorch to help strip coatings. The premium quality varnished handle is shaped for comfort and also minimises heat transfer when using a blowtorch.
